Scoop out a quarter sized amount and with your fingers or a washcloth gently massage the scrub into wet skin in a circular motion to cleanse and lift away dead skin cells. Take a little extra time on rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. When cleansing the face and neck, make small circles and use a light touch. Rinse thoroughly. After your shower or bath, blot your skin dry and while it's still damp, apply your favorite moisturizer to protect the new skin cells you've unearthed.

We recommend that you exfoliate no more than a few times a week. After exfoliation, protect new skin cells from the elements with a gentle, hydrating moisturizer. If your skin develops a reaction or sensitivity, immediately discontinue use. This product is concentrated. Use sparingly for best results. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not take internally. Rinse well - there is a slip and fall hazard if residue is left behind.

Some product separation is normal. You can mix it with a spoon to combine it back together.
