* Make your own Gingerbread Spice Synergy! *
Here's a simple way to infuse your office with winter warmth and invigorating holiday spirit...
In a glass bottle, add:
- 15 drops Cinnamon, Cassia, Essential Oil
- 2 drops Clove, Bud, Essential Oil
- 10 drops Ginger, Chinese, Essential Oill
- 4 drops Nutmeg Essential Oil
- 1 drop Cedarwood, Virginian Essential Oil
- 20 drops Orange, Sweet, Essential Oil
Cap tightly and shake well. Using an eye dropper put 4 drops of this Gingerbread Spice Synergy into your diffuser.
If you don't have a diffuser, you can simply take a glass bowl and fill it half way with very hot water then drop the oil synergy into that and it will diffuse for about an hour.
Or if you want to make a Gingerbread Room Spritzer you'll need:
- one 8 ounce (240 ml) spray bottle.
- 100 proof vodka (odorless, natural alcohol) *
- the Gingerbread Spice synergy you just created (above)
Fill the bottle to about 1/2 an inch from the top of the bottle with the 100 proof vodka. Add the synergy (all of it). Cap tightly with sprayer top. Shake vigorously - and spray to refresh the room.
* If you don't have alcohol you can use water but alcohol works much better.
Shake before spraying every time you use it because oils will float to the top of the alcohol when it sits. Store in cool, dark place. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN & PETS! (More on Using Essential Oils Safely.)

- 24 drops Courage Essential Oil Synergy™ blend
- Shake very well to mix
- if possible, let sit overnight to synergize
ProTip #1: With the client supine, apply infusion to the soles of both feet and massage into each foot, using reflexology points if possible. Then after washing your hands, lightly coat your fingertips and work into the scalp, gently over the forehead, temples and jaw, and down the neck. Continue along the décolleté area to encourage deep breathing and muscle relaxation. This method of starting the treatment is very grounding and focusing so that clients begin to sense their own healing energy within.
