This product is concentrated. Use sparingly for optimum control with deep tissue massage techniques. Towel off any excess.
If a more slippery texture is desired, mix one ounce of Pure Pro Ultra Massage Oil™ with 7 ounces of Arnica Relief Massage Lotion, then shake well and apply.

Love the Arnica Relief Massage Lotion!
This lotion helps with any area that is inflamed. Currently I’m using it for relief from tendinitis. It has a lovely smell as well. I have used arnica before, but this combo of ingredients is the best! Also, I have given a sample to a friend.

old tincture finds new life.
The arnica lotion helps my aching legs find new relief. I didn't know what tincture of arnica was used for until now. The little amount will relieve my leg pain.

works for restless legs
I have been using this product for about a year now. I use it before going to bed, and it has drastically reduced the incidence of restless legs at night. I have been able to stop the prescribed medication also. It works well for bruising and healing. I fractured my ankle in April, and massaged this cream in twice a day, and it helped with the pain, reducing bruising, and I think with healing. The product is easy to use, glides on, and only a small amount is needed. My negatives are: don't like the smell much but it dissipates quickly, and it is hard to get the last few drops of it out of the smaller containers.

Absolute necessity for arthritic hands and feet!
Even products such as Biofreeze cannot touch Pure Pro Arnica for hands and feet. Something about it goes directly to the joints and allows me to continue working and moving after the pain sets in. It has been a lifesaver! I have always used and recommended it to massage clients and now it is something that gets me through each day.

Not Sticky
I just really like that there is no sticky residue when using this product. Also it brings relief almost immediately.

This product changed my life.
I have had severe arthritis for decades. Even though I'm on a med as well as a glucosamine supplement, I had to use a heating pad and self-massage tool every morning (a 20 minute regimen) in order to get moving. Now all I have to do is massage in Pure Pro Arnica Lotion for a couple of minutes and I'm good to go. I also carry a small amount with me for quick pick-up on bad days.
