Usage
Apply 3-4 drops directly to the injury site and work it into the tissue. You can then continue to work over the area with any other oil or cream. If you are treating a systemic condition such as Fibromyalgia, you can dilute Pure Pro Arnica Therapeutic Concentrate and cover the whole body! Recommended ratio is 30 drops to 8 ounces of carrier oil. You can also simply add the whole 1/2 ounce bottle to 1 gallon of carrier oil. Pure Pro Arnica Therapeutic Concentrate is nut-oil free and gentle enough for use on sensitive skin. This product is concentrated. Use sparingly. Do not apply more than 3 times in a 24 hour period.

Arnica Therapeutic Concentrate
This arnica oil is the absolute best that I have found on the market. I use it mostly full strength for bruises, muscle soreness and acute trauma. When it is applied to a injury site (non bleeding) it reduces the swelling and pain almost immediately. Repeated applications over the day result in removing the soreness completely. Most recently, I had a trailer jack handle come back and whacked me at the outer orbit of my eyesocket. This injury began to swell and blacken immediately. I stopped what I was doing, got my Arnica out and applied it. 10 minutes later, I applied Arnica again, with ice. And again, a couple hours later. Went to sleep, and had a sore spot upon waking. Applied more Arnica throughout the day, and the next. This injury, which would have blackened my eye, was treated with the Arnica Therapeutic oil, and healed completely, and without bruising. This is just one example of how fantastic this stuff is. You will not be disappointed, and it will spoil you for every other arnica product on the market.
