Usage Instructions
FOR VARICOSE VEINS: apply a pearl sized amount to each leg lightly smoothing cream over the skin with a few upward strokes.
FOR DEEP MOISTURIZING FOOT CARE: massage a pearl sized amount into each foot starting with circles at the heel then pulling along through the arch, then circling the ball of the foot, and finish coating each toe by gently stretching the toes outward.
FOR DAILY USAGE WITH DIABETIC FOOT CONDITIONS: every day after cleansing the feet thoroughly, fully dry the skin especially between the toes. Inspect each foot per your physician's instructions. If skin is intact and healthy, massage a small pearl sized amount into each heel then spread to the arch and ball of the foot. Focus on the most dry and callused areas. Work another pearl sized amount up the ankles and legs if you are prone to swelling or tingling sensations.
FOR SPA STYLE TREATMENTS: add a soothing foot massage during facials. After applying a mask or during a steam, massage a moderate amount into the feet and lower legs and then wrap in moist, warm towels or booties.
