Usage Instructions
Apply sparingly to the injury site and massage it into the tissue. Continue to work over the area with any other oil or lotion. Use 2-3 times per day as needed. This oil can be used undiluted to treat acute injuries and ease bruises. For generalized soreness, chronic pain, and fibromyalgia, dilute into another oil or lotion and then massage in completely. Pure Pro Arnica Therapeutic Massage Oil is nut-oil free and gentle enough for use on sensitive skin. This product is concentrated. Use sparingly. Do not apply more than 3 times in a 24 hour period. I've been using this arnica oil for years. As an active septuagenarian, I often "push it" gardening, etc. An application of this at bedtime usually means I get up with reduced aches in the morning and am ready to go. It's an easy consistency for rubbing in, so it rarely gets on my sheets. It has a pleasant natural smell which I have come to associate with healing.
