Helichrysum is one of the world's most precious essential oils treasured as a muscle recovery and stress reduction powerhouse because this plant is an ADAPTOGEN. Helichrysum, melds the bright woody, herbaceous notes of Cypress and Holy Basil mixed with just a hint of the sweet, buttery scent of Honey. Helichrysum is absolutely gorgeous in a diffuser or when diluted into carrier oil or lotion and applied to dry, fragile skin, particularly around the eyes and all over the face and décolleté region of the neck and chest. Due to its potency use only 2 to 4 drops in a diffuser and 1 to 2 drops diluted into 1 ounce of unscented oil, lotion, or cream for topical usage. Helichrysum should NEVER be applied directly to the skin.
